Michelle Spencer, CMC
Owner & Certified Aging Life Care Manager
Aging Well Care Management, LLC

I received my BSW in social work from Buffalo State College. For 25 years I worked supporting older adults, primarily in the nursing home setting. In 2014 I decided to pursue social work in the private sector, becoming a nationally Certified Geriatric Care Manager (CMC).

I decided to open Aging Well Care Management, LLC in 2019, so I could advocate on behalf of seniors by providing them with highly personalized and objective care management services; services that guide them to sustainable solutions and choices to ease the challenges of aging.  We promote independence, preserve dignity and help older adults attain the highest quality of life.  Our premium services are delivered in a genuinely caring, compassionate and respectful manner.
